What spices and/or natural materials do you use?
We realize that many people have allergies or other issues with certain foods or scents so we want to be sure that you have a complete list of what spices and/or beans that we use in our designs. As we use new materials, this list will be updated. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

-Mung Beans
-Coffee Beans
-Allspice
-Dried orange and apple slices
-Cayenne pepper
-Hawthorne berries

All spices we create with are used for their fragrance as well as visual impact, NOT for their taste. PLEASE do NOT eat. Please keep them out of the reach of children as some of the spices (ie star anise) can be very sharp. Many of these products are packaged in a way that they may come into contact with peanuts or tree nuts. Dried spices are meant for inside display/use. We can not be responsible if you choose to place outside.

What forms of payment does Spice Grove Designs accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. After you click on the ‘Buy Now’ button you will be taken directly to the Etsy listing where you click on ‘Add to Cart.’ You are then taken to Etsy’s secure checkout to complete the order. This means that we will never see your financial information or store it on our site.

When can I expect my order to ship?
Most ‘ready to ship’ designs ship within 2-3 business days by either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Our ‘made to order’ designs usually ship within 7-10 business days. Do you ship internationally?
We do! Please contact us and let us know what design you are interested in and where you are located and we can give you estimated shipping charges for your area!

How do you protect my information?
At Spice Grove Designs we take your privacy very seriously and consider it a privilege when you share ANY information with us. Click here to read our Privacy Policy.

How do I sign up for your newsletter?
Simply click on the link below and we will happily add you to our list of friends to send letters to! Generally newsletters are sent out no more than 1 per month. We will NEVER share your information with anyone!

What is your return policy?
Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% happy with your order. You may return any design within 30 days with no questions asked. Please contact us and we will work with you to issue a refund or exchange until you are satisfied. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges back to us. If an exchange is made we will pay the shipping charges to get the item to you.

How does Spice Grove Designs give back?
We are thankful to donate to World Vision, a wonderful organization committed to helping children throughout the world. We are blessed to sponsor an amazing little girl and make her life better.
