When can I expect my order to ship?
Most orders generally ship within 2-5 business days. ‘Made to order’ items generally ship within 7-10 business days. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. We will contact you to discuss shipping/processing times for any custom requests.

How do you ship my order?
We use USPS Priority or First Class mail. If you need faster service please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you. We don’t generally add insurance to shipping so please let us know at checkout if this is something you would like.

Can I add gift wrap to my order?
Yes! We now offer amazing 100% recycled kraft boxes for purchase that most of our smaller designs can be packaged in. You even get to choose the ribbon color for the packaging. All orders not shipped with gift boxes come beautifully wrapped in recycled tissue paper and secured with raffia. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about a specific design fitting in a gift box.

We do! Please contact us and let us know what design you are interested in and where you are located and we can give you estimated shipping charges for your area!

Why do you use recycled shipping boxes and packing materials?
At Spice Grove Designs we take being eco-friendly very seriously so any time we can reuse a shipping box and/or packing materials we will. This may mean the box may have a few marks or wrinkles on it but will still be strong and sturdy. This helps keep shipping costs down as well as takes care of our environment. If you require a brand new shipping box or packaging material please let us know so we can accommodate you!
